The world rewards consistency. You run on curiosity. Most productivity apps are made for brains that work like machines. Yours doesn't. (Neither does ours.) This one gets it.
Three steps. No perfectionism required.
No more mental juggling. Just brain-dump everything that's swirling around in your head. We'll help you sort it later.
How much do you want to do it? How hard does it feel? We know sometimes you really want to do something and it still feels hard. These simple tags reveal your patterns over time.
The app learns your rhythm and helps you build a day that actually works with your energy, not against it.
We're not here to optimize you. We're here to help you understand yourself.
Every brain has its own rhythm. Some days you're on fire. Some days opening an email feels like climbing Everest. We're built for both.
ADHD, anxiety, chronic illness, or just in a particularly rough season of life? This app was designed with different minds and experiences at the center, not as an afterthought.
Why does Tuesday always suck? Why is it so much easier to load the dishwasher at 6 a.m. instead of 6 p.m.? Surfacing your patterns helps you make better choices.
Hi, I'm Daniella Johnson, a communications strategist, writer, and lifelong systems tinkerer. I built Roll With because I was tired of productivity tools that act like discipline is a personality trait. Neurodivergent brains don't need another color-coded guilt trip. We need systems that flex with how we actually function.
Roll With started as an experiment to do just that, a way to map energy, focus, and motivation without judgment, and then build days that work with your brain instead of against it. It's equal parts executive-function coach and gentle permission slip to rest.
When I'm not building things like this, I lead corporate communications strategy, write about work and neurodivergence, and occasionally sew things I should've just bought. Roll With is the overlap between all of it: structure without rigidity, rhythm without shame.
A rough idea called Rhythm Mapper started as a personal experiment to visualize my energy patterns and make peace with inconsistency.
I tried to build the first prototype in Lovable. It didn't love me back.
When rain shut down an entire beach day, I opened my laptop instead of a novel and started coding the first working version of what would become Roll With.
Moved everything into Base44, rebuilt it from the ground up, and officially rebranded as Roll With. The first version logged tasks, tracked rhythms, and started shaping the "Ideal Day" logic.
Released the live MVP and brand identity: a swoopy "W" mark, refined color palette, and the onboarding survey that seeds each user's need, want, and recovery tasks. It finally felt like the thing I'd been trying to build all along.
Tuning the carryover and follow-up logic, refining the Ideal Day model, and teaching Roll With to anticipate what users need next, not just record what they've done.
Roll With is currently in beta, built by one tired but determined human who believes productivity should feel like partnership, not punishment.
Have feedback, feature requests, or just want to share your experience with Roll With? We'd love to hear from you.
